1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the main55 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the main55 platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

main55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. • Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted only one account on main55. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Personal Use Only: Your account must be registered in your own legal name and used exclusively for your personal entertainment. Accounts registered on behalf of third parties, corporate entities, or for commercial purposes are not permitted.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account on main55, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. This information must match the identification documents you will submit during the KYC verification process.

4.2 KYC Verification

main55 is legally required to verify the identity of all players. You must submit the following documents within 30 days of account creation or before your first withdrawal, whichever comes first:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government document)
• Selfie photo holding your identification document next to your face

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays, account restrictions, or account closure. Documents must be clear, legible, and show all relevant information. main55 reserves the right to request additional documentation if initial submissions are insufficient.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available
• Immediately notify main55 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

main55 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security. Any activity conducted through your account is presumed to be authorized by you.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

main55 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 via bank transfer and Rp 25,000 via e-wallets. There is no maximum deposit limit, but large transactions may be subject to additional verification.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation by your bank or payment provider. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

main55 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which main55 is not responsible.

5.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited to your main55 account are legally obtained and belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts, stolen payment methods, or proceeds of illegal activity are strictly prohibited. main55 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and freeze accounts pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000 for verified accounts

6.2 Processing Times

Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 3-5 minutes for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and within 10 minutes for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Unverified accounts may experience delays of 24-72 hours. Withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require manual review and take up to 24 hours.

6.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Any funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotional terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

main55 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. This is a standard industry practice to prevent the platform from being used for money laundering. Accounts exhibiting suspicious patterns (frequent deposits with minimal wagering followed by immediate withdrawal) will be flagged for investigation.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

main55 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions that must be accepted before claiming. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with its terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (turnover requirements), typically ranging from 8x to 15x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires Rp 5,000,000 in total wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

7.3 Bonus Abuse

8. Betting Rules and Conduct

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming. main55 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been placed, except in cases of obvious technical errors.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting is subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Bets are settled based on the final score at the conclusion of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "including overtime"). If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless a result has already been determined.

8.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slots on main55 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be influenced by main55 or any player. Displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the main55 platform:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder proceeds of illegal activity.
• Offensive Conduct: Harassing other players or customer support staff, using abusive language, or engaging in discriminatory behavior.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, main55 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from your use or inability to use the platform
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions in service
• Errors in game outcomes, odds display, or bet settlement (though we will correct obvious errors when identified)
• Loss of funds due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

In no event shall main55's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Gambling Disclaimer: Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of loss. You acknowledge that betting outcomes are inherently uncertain and that you may lose all funds wagered. main55 does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by main55

main55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities
• Fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Exhibit behavior consistent with problem gambling that requires intervention
• Provide false or misleading information

Upon termination, all bonus funds and pending bets will be forfeited. Remaining legitimate funds may be returned after investigation, subject to deduction of any fees or amounts owed to main55.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support or using the self-exclusion tools in your account settings. Self-exclusion options include temporary closures (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months) or permanent closure. During the exclusion period, you will be unable to log in or access your account. Permanent closures cannot be reversed.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the main55 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of main55 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or games
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
